Callaway Woodworks Cedar Hot Tub Our complete tub is constructed using old age Cooperage procedures. We do not supply flat staves to produce a round hot tub. Each stave is milled with concaved inner and convexed outer surfaces.

Our Hot Tub Staves (side boards) are precision milled to .001". We manufacture a truly "CURVED STAVE" Wood Hot Tub which is unique to the industry. Each stave is milled to the tubs diameter on the inside and outside. Our own unique angled Ball & Socket Joint is also angled to the tubs diameter. In other words, our angled ball & socket joint and curved stave are both milled to the radius of the tubs diameter. Our Ball & Socket joints provide more sealing surface than a butt or tongue and grooved stave joint. The angled ball and socket joint along with the Curved Stave produces 100% band contact with the staves, which eliminates the pressure points on the edge of the staves (present on flat staves supplied by the competition) and provides a stronger and tighter sealing area. The end result produce a perfectly round hot tub, with no flat surfaces inside or out with no gaps between the staves inside the tub. Our tubs are milled from premium grade Western Red Cedar or California Redwood (other woods available).

Our tub bottom boards are invisibly secured with wedged tongue and grooved joints which produce an extremely strong and smooth surface.

Our compression bands are constructed of stainless steel. They will never rust or stain. The all-around seating is a standard feature on all sizes. Other choices are available.

This wood hot tub is lined with a soft, long lasting liner. Components are the same as our round wood hot tubs.

The Chofu Propane Heater included with this special is a high efficiency water heater designed specifically for hot tubs. Chofu Propane Water Heater Like the Chofu Wood-Fired, the Propane Heater circulates water by thermosiphon (the pumping action created by rising hot water, eliminating the need for a circulating pump or electricity. This revolutionary concept enables you to have a simple soaking tub without jets, chemicals, etc. With a Chofu Heater you can retrofit an existing tub or put together your own low-cost soaking tub, using a wooden tub or stock tank.

How do we ship?

All tubs require assembly and are shipped as a kit FOB our facility Houston, Texas. We have designed your hot tub to be easy to assemble. If you have any concerns or questions, either before you buy or before you assemble, please contact us. We can ship the 4' X 4' and 5' x 4' hot tubs fully assembled but there is a charge of $385 for this option which includes the crate. On site installation is available for multiple units by quote.

We manufacture stainless steel compression bands. If you need bands for your own project they are available @ $2.50 per ft. Each band requires a compression clamp: $26 ea. Contact us to order.

Do you need a Replacement Hot Tub Kit?
